All you need is some floor space and a chair.
These exercises are programmed to help your Netflix marathon body, including components of mobility, posture, core, and cardio.
You can try both circuits for one longer workout, or do them on alternate days for shorter sessions. Watch the video for exercise demos, plus the text version below.

Inchworm – Strider – Rotation – Kneeling Push-up x 10
Split Squats with Rotation x 10/10
Bear Crawl with Shoulder Taps x 20
Single Leg Piston Squat (side view) x 10/10
Circuit 2: 3 sets
Squat with Single Leg Abduction x 20 each
Dead Bugs x 20
Bulgarian Lunges x10/10
Side Plank with Hips Drops (incline) x10/10
Side Plank with Clams x 15/15
Stretch – 60 seconds each
Hamstring Doorway – Single Leg x 60 seconds each
Crocodile Bites x 5 each
Pretzel Stretch x 60 seconds each
